With a balanced workforce of 32 people as of 1st Jan. 2010, we can offer our clients an excellent service which is very good value for money, given our lengthy experience in mechanical manufacturing, backed by the awarding of the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard certificate by the TÜV in December 1998, and its renewal in February 2007.

All the gear manufacturing processes undergo a strict continuous Inspection Plan to ensure that parts comply at all times with our clients' requirements. Once the parts have been made, they undergo final testing including the use of edge testing machines, magnetic particle tests, and Nittal testing, all of which are available on site.

If the client so wishes, we can subcontract further certification to recognised external agencies such as Bureau Veritas, Der Norske Veritas, and Lloyd's, among others.
